Umia is an innovative application that provides intelligent nail art services. We provide users with convenient and professional nail art experiences through AI technology and automated equipment.
Our services include but are not limited to:
• Online nail art style browsing and selection
• Nearby device search and navigation
• Intelligent appointment and queuing system
• DIY design tools and sharing functions
• Professional customer service support and after-sales service
Service Terms
1. Acceptance of Service Agreement
By accessing and using Umia services, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Service Content
We provide a mobile application-based nail service booking platform that connects users with intelligent nail devices. Service content may be adjusted according to technological development and market demand.
3. Terms Modification
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Major changes will be notified to users through in-app notifications, emails or other appropriate means.
User Responsibilities
As a user of Umia services, you need to undertake the following responsibilities and obligations:
1. Account Security
• Properly keep account information and be responsible for account activities
• Update personal information in a timely manner to ensure information accuracy
• Contact customer service immediately when account anomalies are discovered
2. Compliant Use
• Comply with relevant laws, regulations and social ethics
• Do not use services for illegal activities
• Do not interfere with or disrupt the normal operation of services
3. Equipment Use
• Operate nail equipment correctly and follow usage guidelines
• Take care of equipment and bear responsibility for damages as specified
• Comply with relevant regulations of the premises where equipment is located
Payment and Refund

• Apple Pay (iOS devices)
Refund Policy
• Full refund available before service begins
• Refund or re-service available if equipment fails during service
• Refunds for personal reasons to stop service midway will be handled based on actual circumstances
• Refunds will be returned to original payment method within 3-7 business days
Pricing Policy
Service prices are subject to display within the application. We reserve the right to adjust prices based on market conditions.
Intellectual Property
Copyright Protection
The Umia application and all its content (including but not limited to software, images, text, trademarks, designs, etc.) are protected by intellectual property law. No one may copy, modify, distribute or use for commercial purposes without authorization.
User Content
Content you upload or share (such as DIY designs, reviews, etc.) remains yours, but you grant us the right to use this content within the scope of our services.
Third-Party Content
The service may contain content or links provided by third parties, and the intellectual property of such content belongs to the original rights holders.
Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for the following circumstances:
1. Force Majeure
Service interruption or abnormalities caused by force majeure factors such as natural disasters, government actions, network failures, etc.
2. Third-Party Services
Failures or problems with external services such as third-party payment platforms, map services, etc.
3. User Behavior
Losses caused by user violations, improper use of equipment, etc.
4. Personal Health
Discomfort caused by users\' personal constitution, allergic reactions and other health issues. We recommend conducting skin tests before use.
Dispute Resolution

If you have any disputes or dissatisfaction with our services, we recommend first seeking resolution through the following methods:

Contact us through in-app customer service, customer service hotline or email. We will respond within 24 hours and actively negotiate a solution.
Step 2: Complaint Handling
If consultation fails, you can submit a complaint through formal complaint channels. We will provide a handling result within 5 working days.
Step 3: Legal Channels
If still unresolved, disputes can be resolved through legal channels. The signing, performance and dispute resolution of this agreement are all subject to the laws of the People\'s Republic of China.
